fischer focaccia is best enjoyed within two days & is happier left at room temperature (not in the refrigerator). toast in the oven at 450° until warm, if desired.

freeze up to two months:

to thaw: unwrap & place at room temperature for 1 hour. warm in the oven at 450° for 5-10 minutes, until crispy & sprung back to life!
